Cancellation Policy
All deposits & service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancelation or rescheduling. A new deposit is requires when canceling & rescheduling. If you are 10 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price. More than 15 minutes late will be a $30 Late Fee. If No-Show occurs it will be 95% of the service booked for a no call no show.
